MJ Velasco is an outstanding trainer. Her knowledge is extensive and she applies it to the specific needs of each individual client. Every session is thoughtfully mapped out to lead the client towards her goals. She motivates with encouragement and a positive outlook. To each client, she gives generously of her commitment to health and wellness. I usually feel better at the end of a session with Marjorie than I did at the beginning. That says it all! Thanks, MJ!
MJ is the perfect trainer! Her positive, patient personality makes working out fun. I have trained with her for many hears, and she always knows just what I can do, as well as what I need to do. She helps me set realistic goals and encourages me to got to the next step. She is the only fitness teacher for me!
MJ is a great trainer she works me hard and makes the workout exciting she values my my busy life and works to accomidate my schedule. I often think about her or perhaps the workout for afew days following the work out.
I used to be one of those people who loathed the gym. I would dread going working out. And then when I did, I would get bored easily and then lose my motivation. Then I joined Women's World and started training with MJ. She really gave me a lot of helpful information about my body and nutrition. She catered my routine to my personal fitness goals and I noticed a huge difference in a very short period of time. I think I lost a few inches and my body fat percentage even went down! I even get compliments from total strangers now! She made my fitness routine very fun and I don't get bored at all, I actually look forward to the gym now! I feel better, I have more motivation, and I love working out thanks to MJ!!
MJ - thanks for your help in working toward my fitness goals. Your plan for improving my strength, agility and balance was just right for my capabilities. That is, you helped me start working where I was able, and then increased the fitness workout as my capabilities grew. This is terrific for my confidence and great for my body.
